Vizeum Media Agency, part of Dentsu Aegis Network, is looking to appoint an account executive for one of our biggest international luxury client. The account executive will integrate the international Vizeum team based in Paris.

Objectives of Account Executive Role:
• Coordination: WW Coordination (22+ markets) : build a strong trust relationship with markets to ensure deliverables on time : budget reporting, mediaplanning reporting (budget and KPI’s), competitive review
• Supports Account Manager in all the digital activations of the portfolio:
• Digital media planning
• Dealing with internal experts, media owners…
• Reporting tools
• Invoicing follow up
• Support the team and help in the day-to-day requests of the client with potential transversal tasks

• Ability to learn quickly on a fast-paced account and ability to prioritize tasks
• At ease with figures and analytical with the ability to think strategically
• Organizational skills to work in autonomy and deliver on time
• Reactivity, anticipation, meeting deadlines, prioritizing tasks
• Professional curiosity to develop a good knowledge of communication channels, products and services to drive efficiency for clients & the business

• Fluent in English
• At least 6-12 months experience in a media agency (internship included, preferably in an international department)
• Digital basic skills
