Based in Paris, iProspect is looking for an international media coordinator (called “IMC” in this document) to integrate the fast growing Accor central team.

The role will respond to the Global Account Lead, and will be a key player in setting up and managing the network that is handling Accor campaigns today.

We have no ideal candidate, but believe in collective intelligence, aristocracy of talent, willingness to challenge everything and understand that failure is one of the components of success.

Account presentation:

iProspect won the Accor business in June 2017. The organization in place today is a centralized media organization, with teams servicing key business areas.

There are 7 hubs to date: France / UK / Germany / Latam / NA / APAC / MEA.

The current scope covers offline and online activations, with the exception of Paid Search and Retargeting. iProspect is the main point of contact and client lead on all media activities, whether online or offline.

The role:

There are several key missions that can be seen as an initial road map of the post. We are also happy to tailor this road map on the future IMC’s talents and interests.

Governance and administrative

The global contract and its application has been formalized and deployed already. The IMC will be charged with improving and monitoring the correct application of the contract, as well as identifying any improvements possible in terms of overall application and implementation.

Governance between central and local teams is yet to be formalized and implemented; in tandem with the Global Account lead, creating this governance will be one of the first missions of the IMC role.

Network animation

The IMC will assume leadership of the network animation, becoming a SPOC for all hubs, and will lead bi-monthly calls.

He or she will be in charge of presenting a cohesive picture of all activations, best practices, strategies and opportunities that are being done in the network on Accor campaigns to the central team in Paris. The role will also liaise with local Accor offices in tandem with the central Accor media team when required.

Global Partnerships

The IMC will be in charge of managing relationships and deals with core business partners, specifically Google, Facebook, travel specialist (TripAdvisor, Adara, Sojern, ….). He will be assisted by the Global Account lead and supported in region by the Hub leads.

Financial Reporting

The IMC is charged with the upkeep and presentation of the overall financial reporting coming from markets.

Central activations

While rare, there are a couple Accor brands that run global campaigns activated from Paris. Depending on the profile, these activations could be the responsibility of the IMC for the upcoming campaigns.


If digital background :

• Strong programmatic knolwedge required
• Previous experience in international account management ideally
• Perfect written and oral English mandatory

If Offline Media background :

• Strong understanding of digital strategy
• Previous experience in international management and activation ideally
• Perfect written and oral English mandatory
